'I DIDN'T KIDNAP GUTHRIE'

Driver released in hunt for news anchor's mum

POLICE in America have released a man who was quizzed in the hunt for news anchor Savannah Guthrie's mother.

Delivery driver Carlos Palazuelos, who chose to identify himself, had been detained in relation to the disappearance of Nancy Guthrie.

He lives in Rio Rico, which is located about an hour north of Nancy's home in Tucson.

He said: "They told me I was being detained for kidnapping. I asked them, 'Kidnapping of who?'
