Rashford: All this flapping about in different directions has left United in NO MAN'S LAND

- by TOM VICTOR

HEADLESS CHICKENS

MARCUS RASHFORD believes Manchester United have left themselves “in no man’s land”.

The England striker has seen the club go from Sir Alex Ferguson's 27 years at the helm to chopping and changing managers, culminating in Ruben Amorim's arrival last October and subsequently, Rashford’s exile.

Rashford, who this summer joined Barcelona on loan and is hoping to revitalise his career in Catalunya, has lamented the changes at Old Trafford that have brought the club to this point.

"People say that we've been in a transition for years but to be in a transition you have to start it," boyhood United fan Rashford told The Rest is Football Podcast.

"The actual transition hasn’t started yet.

"When Liverpool went through this, they got Jurgen Klopp and stuck with him.
