SIR Keir Starmer was glitter-bombed by a Tarquin during a major security breach yesterday.

The Labour leader's speech at the party's conference disrupted as the protester stormed on stage.

He threw glitter over the Labour chief and ranted about a "citizen-led" democracy before being tackled to floor and the hauled away.
