EMMA RADUCANU is confident of success at the French Open in Paris later this month despite a heavy defeat to Coco Gauff in Rome.

The 22-year-old's Italian Open ended in the round of 16 with a 6-1 6-2 loss to the world No.3 on clay.

The Brit saw all three of her break points saved, while Gauff won 39 of her 59 service points and broke serve four times.
