EVERTON are in the clear on Profit and Sustainability Rules after the Premier League dropped an outstanding charge.
That means the Toffees will not be hit with any points deductions this season after being landed with two last season, which left them fighting to stay up.
Everton were docked a total of eight points in the previous campaign - six in relation to breaching PSR for the three seasons up to the 2021-22 season and two linked to their 2022-23 submission. There was one aspect of the second charge outstanding, which was due to be heard at a later date.
