CROSBY: LADS ON LABOUR OF LOVE FOR CLUB

ANDY CROSBY says his players proved how much they care about the club as Tranmere produced the result of the day in their battle against relegation.

A disputed Josh Hawkes penalty was enough to seal the points against a Bradford team that could have gone level on points with leaders Walsall had they won.

But Rovers caretaker boss Crosby made it clear how hard his side (defender Cameron Norman leads the celebrations, above) were scrapping for survival in the division after a difficult campaign because of their love for the club.

“They care about the future of this football club and it's in our hands. Every single one of them is giving everything,” Crosby (right) said.

“We suffered together. The squad have come to Bradford and collected a really good win.”
