BE ANIMAL AWARE ON ROADS..

DRIVERS are being urged to stay alert for animals when on the road.

Wild creatures, such as badgers, foxes and deer, are active during early dusk when there is lower visibility, especially during the winter months.

But motorists can give wildlife and lost pets a better chance by keeping their speed in check and watching out for roadside movement, advises the RSPCA.
