Poste expects to hit buffers with more injury delays

ANGE POSTECOGLOU says Tottenham are about 10 days away from a complete reset on their season.

Guglielmo Vicario, Destiny Udogie, Timo Werner, Brennan Johnson (inset) and Wilson Odobert are all expected to return from injury by then.

The only problem is that every time Tottenham's injury crisis seems about to ease, someone else ends up on the treatment table.

Postecoglou said: "Every time I've seen a light at the end of a tunnel it turns out to be an on-coming train.

"Vic, Johnson, Destiny, Wilson, Timo. There's still work to do but all those guys are slated for the next week to 10 days."

The trouble for Spurs is that they could be out of two cup competitions by the time those five return.
