Air row 'started in cafe'

A MAN accused of assaulting police at Manchester Airport headbutted and punched another traveller in a cafe, a court heard.

The incident at a Starbucks broke out after traveller Abdulkareem Ismaeil and the defendant's mother had been on the same flight from Qatar, Liverpool Crown Court heard.

“Something happened” on the flight that upset the defendants’ mother, the court heard.
