Every cloud has a silver lining.
My ankle injury, which is stopping me running, has at least enabled me to focus on getting all my kit ready for my next big race, the 167 mile Marathon des Sables in the Sahara, in 10 weeks.That may sound a long way away but the weeks shoot by and for this race there’s lots of admin.
