IBERICO LORD (3.30) can create history by becoming the first dual winner of the Greatwood Handicap Hurdle at Cheltenham this afternoon.

In the space of three months from November 2023, Nicky Henderson's charge landed this race and the Betfair Hurdle at Newbury, confirming his love of an end-to-end gallop on testing ground.

He then found the step up to Grade One company in the Champion Hurdle too hot and as a consequence was sent over fences - culminating in a horrible fall as Ascot.
