SIR David Jason is upset Del Boy's name is used as shorthand for a dodgy dealer.

He said his Only Fools And Horses character was a family-loving, failed entrepreneur - but not a criminal.

And he urged fans not to use "Del Boy" as another name for a cheat.

Sir David said: "I've noticed that over recent years, what they've done - the people who use his persona, if you like is to aim more and more towards the cheating side.
