Gray rips into Hibees flops in wake of ‘alarming’ weekend defeat 10 Falkirk

DAVID GRAY insists the worrying 4-1 defeat to Falkirk needs to be a "wake-up" call as Hibs look to bounce back against Rangers.

The Leith side were not at the races on Saturday as hat-trick hero Barney Stewart inspired the Bairns to a victory that propelled them to within two points of Hibs.

Gray was furious by the lack of a reaction from his players after they lost in the Scottish Cup to Championship side Dunfermline a week earlier.

The Easter Road boss said: "Every time you pull on the jersey, you've got a responsibility to play at a level.
