Scotland star's vertigo torment

Currie ruled out in growing Gunners’ KO list

MATT CURRIE will miss the start of the season after being diagnosed with vertigo.

And last night Edinburgh boss Sean Everitt admitted it was impossible to say how long the Scotland centre would be out of action.

Everitt said: “We were away [on a preseason camp] and he had symptoms of vertigo.

“It's something you cannot put a timeline on, It could be a week, it could be eight months. Were not sure.

So it must be a frustrating time for him. But we are supporting him and he's doing his rehabilitation. Hopefully he'll be back sooner rather than later”
