OASIS STAR'S TEXTS WITH TRAGIC BOXER
NOEL Gallagher has paid tribute to his pal Ricky Hatton saying he was “one of us”.
The Mancunian boxing champ, 46, was found dead in his home in Hyde, Greater Manchester, last Sunday.
Ricky struck up a friendship with Gallagher brothers Noel and Liam in the 2000s, and famously enlisted their help to carry his championship belts to the ring for his 2008 bout with Paulie Malignaggi in Las Vegas.
Remembering his friend, Oasis star Noel revealed they had been in touch just a few days ago.
