14 games without win but Jimmy ain't pining for Elfsborg
THINGS aren't going to plan for Aberdeen but Jimmy Thelin insists he has no regrets over his decision to swap Elfsborg for Pittodrie.
The Dons are 14 games without a Premiership win and the Swede faces the biggest challenge of his dugout career.
Thelin left title-chasing Elfsborg, who were in the Europa League group stage, to kick off his Reds revolution.
It started superbly with a 16-game unbeaten run but since beating Dundee in early November they haven't won in the league and their only victory came at Elgin in the last round of the Scottish Cup.
Asked if he'd any regrets, Thelin said: "No.
"When we started there (Elfsborg), we made a lot of changes. We created a totally new identity for the team. The strategy, how we wanted to build the team.
