Reform leader sorry for 17 breaches of ministerial code but also moans..
NIGEL Farage has been accused of lining his pockets after claiming he does not make any money from his £93,904 salary as an MP.
The Reform UK leader was yesterday found to have breached the MPs' code of conduct 17 times by failing to register £384,000 in financial interests on time.
He told Parliamentary Standards commissioner Daniel Greenberg in December: "I've been in business since 1993. You know, I've never had problems with the Revenue or anyone like that. I believe myself to be above board. I'm not making any money as a result of being an MP, quite the opposite, I'm making it because I'm Nigel Farage and I've got other interests."
Farage was spared punishment after apologising insisting the breaches were an administrative error by staff.
Greenberg said the interests will be added to the next register.
