Olly-James exposed to mephedrone
A FATAL accident inquiry is to be held into the death of a baby who was exposed to drugs at his home.
Olly-James Sievwright was three months old when he died on December 22, 2019, having suffered from peritonitis and being exposed to mephedrone in Sandhaven, Aberdeenshire.
The Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service (COPFS) has lodged a first notice to begin the court process for an FAI into the death.
