THE Budget will be “make or break” for many firms, Rachel Reeves was warned today.

The Business Chambers of Commerce urged the Chancellor to focus on policies to encourage investment, boost exports and tackle skills gaps.

But over all, the group appealed for no more taxes on business in next month's Budget.
