Sheriff slams hungover man who tackled busker, 10

A MAN woken from his “drunken slumber" by bagpipes stormed out of his house and pulled the instrument from a 10-year-old boy busker's mouth.

Andrew Sturrock, 40, threw the pipes on the pavement, causing £150 worth of damage.

The victim was said to be “traumatised” by the incident and a sheriff told Sturrock he should “hang his head in shame”.
