Baillie slams SNP's 'state of A&E chaos'

SCOTLAND'S A&Es are stuck "in a state of chaos" it has been claimed, after December saw almost 9000 patients wait longer than 12 hours.
Some 8904 patients waited longer than 12 hours in December, 6.9 per cent of all attendances, up from 5.3 per cent the past month.
