Tribute to 'genuine & caring' soldier

MAN, 25, FOUND IN STRAIT
THE Royal Welsh has paid tribute to a “genuine and caring” soldier found dead in the Menai Strait.
The regiment said news of the death of 25-year-old Stephen Hughes had been met with the “deepest sorrow”.
Cpl Hughes had been reported missing from Bethel in Gwynedd at around 8.30pm on Tuesday, August 12.
