Town club shuts after more than 90 years

A SOCIAL club in the heart of Conwy will close after more than 90 years.
The Conwy Comrades Club announced the news - with “deep sadness” - on Saturday.
‘The site had previously been the Conwy Royal British Legion.
It will officially cease trading this week.
‘The committee said the decision had been “forced upon them’, owing to the club’s inability to meet its financial obligations.
