New homes approved despite concerns

THIRTEEN new homes were granted planning permission in Graigfechan - despite concerns about overdevelopment and an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB).

Denbighshire County Council councillors met for October's planning committee at the council’s Ruthin County Hall HQ.

‘The committee backed the plans for Roberts Homes Ltd to erect 13 dwellings at land adjacent to Paradwys, Graigfechan, Ruthin.

‘The plans included five four-bedroom houses, four three-bedroom houses, two three-bedroom end of terrace houses, and two two-bedroom mid-terrace houses. One of the three-bedroom homes will be an affordable property.
