New anti-social order for town

AN antisocial behaviour order is being put in place in Colwyn Bay to deal with issues such as “street drinking”.

The order is set to be implemented in the town centre around the Bay View Centre and the surrounding streets to curb issues such as drinking while keeping shoppers safe.
