Man dies after Range Rover and mobility scooter collision

POLICE APPEAL FOR WITNESSES TO CITY CENTRE INCIDENT THAT LED TO DEATH OF 95-YEAR-OLD

AN elderly man has been confirmed to have died almost three months after a collision involving a mobility scooter and a Range Rover Evoque.

Eric Bird, who was 95, died after a collision which took place on the junction of Regent Street and King Street in Wrexham at about 2pm on Monday, September 1.

Mr Bird, from the Wrexham area, was taken to hospital but died on November 23.
