Holiday park set to replace roof over swimming pool

HAVEN needs to replace the roof on its Hafan y Mor swimming complex.

The holiday giant undertook a recent inspection survey of the Splashaway Bay Swimming Pool.
This found the 'purlins' - horizontal beams along a roof - need to be replaced.
It means the roof has to be removed for the work to be carried out.
Haven said the timeline for the work was "under review" but said they expect it to be scheduled during the park's winter closure period.
