AN historic pub, dubbed a 'hidden gem' due to its isolated location, is going under the hammer.

The Holland Arms is to be found on the B5113 near the hamlet of Trofarth between Llanrwst and Colwyn Bay.
Despite its remoteness it boasts plenty of rave reviews, with visitors loving the food and warm welcome.
Being situated near a few local campsites helps to boost its trade.
But the pub is due to go to auction this month, with a guide price set at £225,000.
