Crack and heroin dealer spared jail

BUT JUDGE SAYS 'FEET WON'T TOUCH THE GROUND' ON WAY TO PRISON IF HE BREACHES ORDERS

A dealer, found with drugs during a police search, was told his 'feet won't touch the ground' before he is sent to prison if he re-offends.

Nathan Bennett, from Flintshire, was given the crystal clear warning by a judge at Mold Crown Court who handed him a suspended sentence when he admitted possession of drugs such as heroin and crack cocaine with intent to supply.

Bennett had been spotted in Rhyl and North Wales Police officers searched him.

They found what proved to be crack cocaine in his anus and took him to hospital.

There they eventually checked his hospital commode and more drugs emerged, the court heard.

Bennett, of the Coast Road, Mostyn, Holywell, admitted two counts of possessing Class A drugs with intent to supply, two counts of being concerned in the supply of Class A drugs and possession of a Class B drug - cannabis.
