Victoria Yang, 30, from London, is obsessed with noodles.

No wonder, then, that she has harnessed her passion and set up her own business, Pigtoria’s Noods, selling noodle kits worldwide.

What do you do?

I have created noodle kits, ones I like to think of as an immersive cooking experience, designed to teach you about my favourite Asian dishes. Each noodle kit contains three different shapes of Taiwanese sun-dried noodles, giving you the chance to try thin, medium and thick noodles in different flavours. The kits come with all the sauces and flavourings needed for you to start experimenting. You can find my products for sale online.

How did your business come about?

I'm from Taiwan and I love noodles. - they are my comfort food. Ten years ago, when I first moved to London for school, there was one day when I was really sad and all I wanted was a bowl of noodles to make me happy.
