HEEFT FRUSTRATED Goalkeeper Trafford is set to be out of the City spotlight
JAMES TRAFFORD will be one of the few at Manchester City to have lamented the arrival of deadline day signing Gianluigi Donnarumma.
Having returned to City from Burnley this summer and started all three Premier League games this season, Trafford was told it was only a matter of time before he became their No.1 goalkeeper.
With Ederson entering the final year of his contract, the plan outlined to Trafford was to spend a season as backup before graduating to first-choice status when City's long-term goalkeeper left.
