SINGLE mum Natalie was shocked when her monthly water bill shot up 75%, from £40 to £70.

"You feel you're being penalised for just living," said Natalie, who lives in the north of England and preferred not to give her full name.
The mum, in her 30s, works part-time and looks after her two young children.
