MPs back call for memorial to terror victims

Shrine would be ‘a place of comfort’

LABOUR MPs are backing the Mirror's campaign for a monument to honour all UK terror victims.

Leader of the Commons Lucy Powell, Kim Leadbeater, Andrew Gwynne and Graham Stringer all support our fight.

Last night Kim, whose sister Jo Cox MP was murdered by a white supremacist in June 2016, said: “I am proud to support the Mirror's Place to Remember campaign. Too many have lost their lives to extremist violence in our country”
