Moscow strikes new troops deal with North Korea

VLADIMIR Putin did a deal with North Korean despot Kim Jong-Un to recruit another 6,000 troops as he prepared for yesterday's Alaska meeting.
Ukrainian intelligence believes Kim also agreed to sell Putin another 100 tanks and armoured personnel carriers. Intelligence estimates calculate 40% of ammunition being fired at Ukraine is coming from Pyongyang.
