GREAT BRITAIN'S Matt Richardson has broken his own world record in the men's 200m flying start a day after becoming the first man to break the nine-second mark.

The fastest man on two wheels returned to the boards of the Konya Velodrome in Turkey yesterday and clocked a time of 8.857 seconds - an average speed of 81.291 kph.
