Wills pal bee sting death 'suspicious'

THE mother of a billionaire polo-playing pal of Prince William who died after a reported bee sting claims his death was highly suspicious.

Sunjay Kapur, 53, collapsed with a fatal heart attack on June 12 while playing polo in Surrey.

Reports suggested the Delhi-born heir to and chairman of a £2.7billion Indian automotive components empire had swallowed a bee moments before.

In a bitter succession battle over the future of the firm, his mother Rani Kapur has alleged Sunjay died in “highly suspicious and unexplained circumstances”.

The board at Sona Comstar unanimously appointed a new chairman 11 days after Sunjay died.

Mrs Kapur accuses figures at the firm of exploiting the family’s grief to “wrest control and usurp the family legacy”.
