Made in Chelsea star Sam reveals he'll die without a liver transplant

MADE In Chelsea star Sam Vander-pump has revealed he has been diagnosed with irreversible end-stage liver disease after battling sepsis.

The 28-year-old opened up on the latest instalment of the reality TV show, saying a doctor had warned him that unless he gets an organ transplant he could only have five years left to live.

Tragically, it comes just after he announced he is going to become a first time dad with fiancee Alice Yaxley, 24.
