LEWIS HAMILTON said his decision to join Ferrari does not need "vindicating" as he snapped at those who "talk s**t" about him.

The seven-time Formula 1 champion has just 10 points to show for his first four races of the year amid Mercedes' wretched run of form.

His future Ferrari team are performing well with the Italians the closest challengers to leaders Red Bull.
