Ed promise on wind of change

MILIBAND INSISTS CHINA NO THREAT

ENERGY Secretary Ed Miliband yesterday sought to allay fears over China's involvement in Britain's booming offshore wind farm industry.

Critics are concerned on national security grounds about Chinese firms' dealings.

Mr Miliband insisted: "National security is a non-negotiatable for us. This government will never compromise on that, so any investment will be looked at through that lens."
