Seeing a little girl struggling in the sea, Ben Malone sprinted into the surf without hesitation.

Dad Ben, 29, was on holiday with partner Charmaine and their children in Rhyl, North Wales, when he spotted Shylah, eight, on an inflatable.
He said: "We had just come back from the shop near the beach to get some drinks, as it was a really hot day and, within seconds, I knew she was in trouble.
