HARRY COBDEN said it was “brilliant” to bag the number one job with JP McManus and succeed some of the all-time greats of National Hunt racing.
The 27-year-old was yesterday named as the Grand National and Gold Cup-winning owner's new retained rider in Britain and Ireland.
