Appleby’s globetrotter to maintain Stateside love affair

REBEL'S ROMANCE is fancied to rack up a third victory in the Breeders’ Cup Turf (9.41) at Del Mar tonight.
Charlie Appleby's globetrotter won the race dominated by European raiders in 2022 and 2024 and has made garlanded visits to Qatar, Germany and America this year, as well as the small matter of home wins in the Group 2 Yorkshire Cup and Hardwicke Stakes at Royal Ascot.
