In this week's episode of HAK IT, Sakshi Chhabra Mittal sits down with Rosemary Ferguson, supermodel turned functional medical practitioner and holistic nutritionist. The conversation delves into Rosemary's extraordinary journey from the runways of London to the world of holistic health, exploring her insights on nutrition, lifestyle, and the importance of wellbeing in today's fast-paced world.

Rosemary Ferguson was born in Scotland and moved to Rio de Janeiro at the age of seven before completing her schooling in Farnham, Surrey. Coming from a family of homeopaths, Rosemary grew up surrounded by natural health practices. Her grandmother was a pioneer in the wellness industry, opening one of the country’s first health food shops, a legacy that would later influence Rosemary's approach to nutrition and wellbeing.

At 18, Rosemary moved to London to pursue modelling. Over the years, she graced runways and starred in campaigns for iconic brands such as Chanel, Versace, Prada, Dior, Alexander McQueen, Dolce & Gabbana, Miu Miu, and Vogue. Despite her glamorous career, Rosemary's growing family and her experiences as a mother led her to rethink the foods she and her children consumed.

"I realized that many common ailments, sluggishness, headaches, skin complaints, fatigue, stress, can often be addressed simply by changing what we put into our bodies," she shares during the episode.
