Overseas Realty (Ceylon) PLC officially launched its newest luxury real estate venture, Mireka Seascape.
Located in the coastal town of Dodanduwa, just 20 minutes from Galle and 15 minutes from Hikkaduwa, Mireka Seascape offers an exclusive collection of 168 luxurious apartments and villas.
The development includes a mix of one, two and three-bedroom apartments, two-bedroom suites, four-bedroom penthouses and two and three-bedroom luxury villas. Each residence has been thoughtfully designed to maximise oceanfront living.
