Organized by LankaPay, the country's trusted national payment network, the awards acknowledge financial institutions, non-banking financial organizations, government entities, and FinTechs that have demonstrated an unwavering commitment towards advancing digital payments and enhancing customer convenience. The 2025 evaluation criteria were based on the interbank transaction performance during the period from April 1, 2023, to December 31, 2024.

The grand awards ceremony was held at the Shangri-La Colombo, with the participation of the distinguished dignitaries, including Dr. Nandalal Weerasinghe, Governor of the Central Bank of Sri Lanka, as the Chief Guest.
