Compared to the same period in 2024, Lanka Sathosa has successfully reduced its commodity prices by a significant 23 percent, alongside achieving a 5 percent growth in sales volume and a 6% increase in value.

Key factors contributing to the significant price reduction include: Reduction in Administrative Costs: Efficient management and stringent cost control measures have enabled a 20 percent decrease in administrative expenses, Enhanced efficiency in the supply chain and operational processes has led to a substantial 28 percent reduction in overall wastage, Optimizing the transportation network and utilizing efficient transportation methods have resulted in a 7 percent decrease in transportation costs.
