The ASPI closed in green as a result of price gains in counters such as Ceylinco Holdings, LB Finance and Hayleys with the turnover crossing Rs. 5.5 Bn. A similar behavior was witnessed in the S&P SL20. Crossings were witnessed in Vallibel One, Jetwing Symphony and Hayleys, accounting for 41.1% of the turnover. Mixed interest was observed in LB Finance, John Keells Holdings and Nations Trust Bank whilst retail interest was noted in Browns Investments, UB Finance Company and SMB Leasing.
