Burn & Brunch, presented by FitCon, brought together fitness enthusiasts, wellness brands, and lifestyle seekers for a one-of-a-kind fitness brunch experience at The Shoppes at City of Dreams, Colombo’s newest lifestyle destination. The event seamlessly blended movement, energy, and connection—featuring a curated 90-minute power workout, a wholesome post-burn brunch, a wellness marketplace, and an engaging brand showcase, all set to the rhythm of upbeat Afrobeats.

The concept behind Burn & Brunch was simple yet powerful — movement, energy, and connection. It brought together fitness enthusiasts, wellness advocates, and lifestyle lovers for a unique experience celebrating health, community, and fun.

For the first time, a 90-minute workout session featuring four expert trainers and four distinct fitness disciplines — mobility, Pilates, HIIT, and yoga — was held under one roof, all at once. The innovative team behind FitCon introduced this one-of-a-kind concept, setting a new benchmark for the local fitness and wellness industry.

Organised by Haut Monde Event Management in collaboration with Fit.lk, the same visionary team that introduced Sri Lanka's first-ever FitCon, Burn & Brunch was another bold step in redefining how fitness experiences are celebrated in the country.
