ZAHIRA Tuskers and Zahira Titans were crowned as the joint champions at the recently concluded Almas Foundation Zahira College Matale Hockey League 2025 at iconic Nandimithra International Hockey Stadium.

The tournament was launched with an aim to fund hockey at Zahira College, Matale.
Zahira College, Matale, popular for the game of hockey and having produced several excellent national players in the sport, witnessed a historic day sports at the inaugural Hockey League 2025, the first of its kind.
The tournament brought together Zahira College Matale’s vibrant past and energetic present generations of the sport in a celebration of hockey, heritage, and heartfelt unity.
