Over 300,000 students, more than a decade: Fairfirst celebrates landmark 560th road safety session in Matara

FAIRFIRST Insurance recently conducted a landmark road safety awareness program in Matara, reinforcing its longstanding commitment to promoting responsible road behaviour among schoolchildren and the public.

Held on 26 June at the Rabindranath Tagore Memorial Auditorium of the University of Ruhuna and the nearby Matara Beach Park, the session brought together more than 1,300 students from across the Matara Education Zone.
Organised in collaboration with the Sri Lanka Traffic Police, the Insurance Regulatory Commission of Sri Lanka (IRCSL), and other state partners, the event focused on building awareness around safer road habits and encouraging mindful behaviour on the roads to help reduce accidents.
